At Happiness Car Rental, we respect your right to privacy and allow you to delete your account permanently. Below is the process and important details regarding account deletion.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account by following these steps:

•       1. Log in to your account in app with mobile number and password.
•       2. Go to Profile > Account Settings.
•       3. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
•       4. Confirm your request.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion via:

2. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 5-7 business days after identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

3. Data Retention After Deletion

Some data (such as past transactions) may be retained for legal, security, and regulatory reasons. Non-personal, anonymized data may be stored for analytical purposes.

4. Effects of Account Deletion

• All personal information, booking history, and preferences will be permanently deleted.
• You will lose access to our services, and any ongoing bookings may be canceled.
• If you have active reservations, please contact customer support before deleting your account.

5. Revoking Account Deletion

Once an account deletion request is processed, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
